Our products, such as HyperD Recover, and our services are provided under separate written agreements. Where those agreements differ from these terms, the agreements apply. Figures, examples, screens and calculator results shown on the website are illustrations and estimates, not a guarantee of results.
Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- send false information, or messages on someone else's behalf,
- send spam, advertising or harmful content through our forms,
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or its systems,
- copy the website's content in bulk by automated means.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The website, its texts, designs and illustrations, the HyperD name and logo, and our product names belong to HyperD or its partners. You may view and share the pages for personal use or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Websites of our clients
Some addresses under hyperd.app (such as name.hyperd.app) may host websites of our clients. Each client is responsible for the content of its own website.
Links to other services
The website links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms and policies apply.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without any guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, HyperD is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the HyperD entity you deal with, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country. Before going to court, we will try to settle any disagreement with you amicably.
