Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data HyperD collects through this website (hyperd.app), why, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Our products, such as HyperD Recover, are provided under separate agreements with our clients, which set out how their data is handled.
Who we are
HyperD builds technology for businesses and works with clients in France and Saudi Arabia. HyperD is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us through the contact form on this website, or by phone or WhatsApp at +33 7 49 00 76 33.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact or demo form: your name, organization, phone number, email address, the topic or number of branches you choose, and your message.
- With each message: the page and language it was sent from, and the date and time.
- Technical data our servers receive with every visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to run and protect the website.
We don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include any in your message.
Why we use it
- To answer your message, set up a demo and follow up on your request.
- To keep the website running and secure, for example to block spam (up to five messages from each address every ten minutes).
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
For visitors in the European Union, our legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and securing the website.
Cookies and storage on your device
The website doesn't use cookies or tracking tools, and doesn't show ads. So it can work offline like an app, it may keep a copy of its pages in your browser. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Services we rely on
- Google Cloud hosts the website and stores form messages, in its Doha (Qatar) region.
- Cloudflare delivers the website to visitors and protects it against attacks.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts: your browser downloads them directly from Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms, with appropriate safeguards when data leaves the European Union, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any relationship that follows, then delete them. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period (about 30 days).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you can ask to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- object to or restrict its use,
- withdraw a consent you gave.
To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the CNIL in France, or the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia.
Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and hosting on secure cloud infrastructure. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix any issue quickly.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce important changes on this website.
